EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY & FAQ
We hope you love your purchase but we understand sometimes it doesn’t work out.
Contact us within 14 days of purchase by emailing us at hello@biglovie.com .- Returns & Exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization RMA# to be received.
Returns packages that do not arrive back to BIG LOViE may only be refunded with confirmation of shipment.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE?
These items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final Sale Items
- Bundle Items (unless the entire bundle is returned)
- Discounted items (if applicable)
DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS
And don’t worry, we will always accept a damaged or defective item. If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
HOW TO SHIP BACK YOUR ITEMS?
Pack the goods in a box or poly mailer. You may choose to ship with your own shipping method, or request that we send you a prepaid return label.
- Please note return/exchange shipping and handling costs are deducted from your refund.
HOW SOON WILL YOU RECEIVE YOUR REFUND?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
