- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact

- Bundle Items (unless the entire bundle is returned)
- Discounted items (if applicable)

And don’t worry, we will always accept a damaged or defective item. If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

HOW TO SHIP BACK YOUR ITEMS?
Pack the goods in a box or poly mailer. You may choose to ship with your own shipping method, or request that we send you a prepaid return label.
- Please note return/exchange shipping costs are deducted from your refund.
HOW SOON WILL YOU RECEIVE YOUR REFUND?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
